Who Qualifies: All new patients must have their first visit in-person. After the initial in-clinic visit, Washington State residents may transition to remote telemedicine follow-ups if the treatment plan allows.

Remote Consultation
Remote Consultations for non-residents of Washington State are informational only.
Best For: Anyone worldwide seeking expert recommendations and guidance.
Service Type: Educational Medical Consultation
Location: Video (VSee) or Phone
What to Expect: Dr. Ross can answer detailed questions and make recommendations on tests, supplements, lifestyle, nutrition, and probable diagnoses. He cannot prescribe medication or order tests in Remote Consultations for non-Washington State residents.

Insurance & Payment
Direct Pay: Payment is due at the time of appointment.
Insurance: We do not participate with any direct insurance plans. For In-Clinic Care visits, we provide a HCFA 1500 form for you to submit to your insurer for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Note: Remote consultations are not typically covered by insurance.
Established Patients
If you were seen by Dr. Ross before May 2023, please contact us directly for our courtesy rates.
Important Booking Information:
All patients that are either new or haven’t had an appointment with Dr. Ross in over 1 year must submit Required Patient Forms at least two business days before the visit. Appointments will be canceled if forms are not received on time via email or fax.
