  • All clients scheduling an Establishing Care appointment (First Visit Since May 2023) — for new or returning clients — must submit all required forms.

Full Medical Service

Choose Full Medical Service if you want Marty Ross MD to

  • provide formal diagnoses,
  • write electronic or paper prescriptions,
  • order tests,
  • recommend supplements including herbal antibiotics, and
  • suggest lifestyle plus nutrition changes.

Who Qualifies

  • Washington State Residents (WA): In-office, telemedicine, or phone visits.
  • Non-WA Residents: In-office visits only (no telemedicine or phone). Dr. Ross is licensed to practice medicine in Washington state.

Establishing Care

  • First visit must be in-office to establish or re-establish care.
  • After the first in-office visit, WA residents may use telemedicine or phone for follow-ups.

Visit Length, Costs & Insurance

  • First visits: 90–120 minutes — $890.
  • Follow-ups: usually 30 minutes — $341 (billed by time used in 15-minute increments at $170.50 each).
  • Acute issues (e.g., tick bites): may be a 30-minute first visit — $341.
  • Payment: Due at time of service.
  • Insurance: We do not participate with insurance. A HCFA 1500 form is provided for you to submit to your insurer. Check your plan for out-of-network and telemedicine/phone visit coverage.

Visit Frequency

  • First follow-up: ~1 month after the initial visit.
  • Ongoing: Usually every 2 months.

Special Requirements

  • Returning patients (seen before clinic closure in 2023): A 60-minute in-office visit is required to re-establish care. As a courtesy, this visit is discounted to the 30-minute rate ($341).

Educational Medical Consult

Choose Educational Medical Consult if you want Marty Ross MD to answer health questions and make recommendations for you and your healthcare provider about

  • probable diagnoses,
  • prescriptions,
  • tests,
  • supplements including herbal antibiotics, and
  • lifestyle plus nutrition changes.

Note: An Educational Medical Consult is informational only.

Who Qualifies

  • Anyone worldwide with a reliable internet or phone connection.

Visit Location

  • Video Visit (recommended) so Dr. Ross can see you for better clinical context.
  • Phone option is also available.

Visit Length, Costs & Insurance

  • First visits: 30–90 minutes — $381 (30 min), $682 (60 min) or $890 (90 min).
    (Note: 30 min visits are for one or two questions only. Do not schedule a 30 minute visit if you want a major review of your condition.)
  • Follow-ups: usually 30 minutes — $341 (billed by time used in 15-minute increments at $170.50 each).
  • Payment: Due at time of service.
  • Insurance: We do not participate with insurance. These visits are typically not reimbursed.
